Litany to Divine Infant Jesus

Lord have mercy.

Christ have mercy. Lord have mercy.

Jesus, heed us.

Jesus, hear us.

Heavenly Father, God,

have mercy on us.

Son, Redeemer of the world,

God have mercy on us.

Holy Trinity, one God,

have mercy on us.

Jesus, Betrayed and Most Worthy of the Children of Men,

have mercy on us.

Jesus, beautiful flower and joy of Your Virgin Mother,

have mercy on us.

Jesus, glorious Master of all people and angels from infancy,

have mercy on us.

Jesus, true friend and patron of the poor and small,

have mercy on us.

Jesus, welcoming star of the pagan world and pagan kings,

have mercy on us.

Jesus, Immaculate Lamb, slain for our sins,

have mercy on us.

Jesus, beloved and mighty Teacher of all virtues,

have mercy on us.

Jesus, love and joy of all godly hearts,

have mercy on us.

We poor sinners,

we ask You, Jesus, to hear us.

By your merciful love, by virtue of which You became a man and a baby for the sake of us, people,

have mercy on us.

Have mercy on us with your poverty and abandonment and baby tears.

have mercy on us.

By your groaning, filled with a fervent desire for love, and with your infant heart,

have mercy on us.

With your love for God and for Your Mother Virgin,

have mercy on us.

Come down to us and deign to captivate the hearts of people with Your love.

Deign to make us apostles and heralds of Your love.

Deign to send down to poor people peace and triumph of Your Church.

Deign to protect all innocent babies from sinful temptations, so that we are worthy to serve You and be faithful to You until our death.

Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world,

forgive us, Jesus.

Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world,

hear us, Jesus.

Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world,

have mercy on us, Jesus.

Let us pray:

Jesus, the Son of the Living God and the Virgin Mary, who out of love for us has mercy to take all the weaknesses and flaws of human nature, look how we venerate all the secrets of Your holy infancy with an infant heart; and give us grace to kneel down to rejoice at the precious fruits and merits of this holy infancy, give us purity, humility, patience, a childish view of things, but above all - the irresistible Love of God; And let us one day there, in heaven, among Thy faithful servants, to live forever and ever.

Amen.
